"Recently purchased a garden parasol which apparently doesn't have any faults however when I set it up in my garden I noticed the locking mechanism was damaged. I was informed by numerous times by the staff there's nothing wrong with it. They don't want to accept return and were rude enough to tell me "there's no return policy information at the desk, you could've checked..." Do not recommend this business."
