"Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Came into store to get a refund on my click and collect order but was unable to refund due to the poor, slow, old till system (this wasn’t even physically collected). What was frustrating was the attitude of the staff member who tried to process this. A lady with long brown hair, glasses and has no ability of an apology or how to even relate to customers and her staff member (she was showing another member how to put a refund through and spoke to her with patronising tone). Everytime I come into store the staff is so miserable. I can imagine a toxic work environment and to be honest a place where I wouldn’t shop in person hence my online order. Unfortunately I will have to go back to get a refund as this was not completed at the time of the visit. Please provide your staff with the basics of customer service and human respect."

"Visited the store today and was really disappointed after an older lady named Beverley completely ruined our experience. We wanted to by a travel system for our first child, happy that we’d found a great offer on one we liked, we tried to find a car seat to go with it. A lovely young lady was really helpful, but Beverly came running over being really rude to the assistant saying things like ‘what does she know she’s only worked here 2 mins’ and repeatedly shouting and pointing at us to ‘put the pushchair back over there now’ because it was a double system (that could be used for a single child) and we were only had one. We really liked it, and we’re so close to buying it because the lovely young lady but the older woman really upset due to her poor customer service skills and bad manners. We left immediately. We later spent a lot more money on a travel system in another store, from someone who clearly enjoyed working with the public."

"Visited store today. There was an nuna pushchair/pram on offer. It was a double with seat unit and carrycot. It was quite busy instore so we had a look at it set up as a single pushchair and as a single with the carrycot attached. We were well aware it was a double but we were happy with using it as a single as the offer was much cheaper than buying a single. We than asked a young assistant if she could show us which car seat we could buy to attach to the chassis. She was very helpful but had to check which adapter's were needed. She returned with an older assistant I think her name was Beverly who spoke very rudely to the young girl and to us. She took us back to the other models, we pointed out the single cost more. She then said oh well you could use it as a single. We left very disappointed without making a purchase. Maybe Beverly needs some training on how to speak to others, not just customers but to her colleagues. Well done to the the young girl."

"My wife and I bought a Cybex pram from this store. We had issues with the seat pack, and Lauren and Gail were great when we went in, ordering a new seat pack for us. Lauren then went above and beyond in contacting us with updates regarding when it would arrive in to the store. She also went out of her way when Cybex sent the wrong colour to the store, to make sure they sent the correct one urgently, as we had been waiting a while for it. She truly is a credit to the store, and we really appreciate her exemplary customer service!"

Her product knowledge was fantastic and put my mind at ease by talking us through each product and giving us brilliant demonstrations.
