"I am currently having a very horrible experience with this service. Sent a package since 30th of July, it is yet to be delivered. They keep telling lies about the delivery date. Have some stuff that was needed for a wedding on 20th of August which obviously they didn't deliver. They have this silly thing of putting the name of the sender as also the name of the receiver. Who in the world of delivery services does that and interestingly the delivery person on the other end didn't get the memo so he refuses to deliver the package because the person receiving the package is obviously different from the name of the receiver on the invoice. Honestly using this service was the worst idea I had this year. They don't even have a compensation policy. They don't deserve even half a star. Horrible!!!"
"It's a better choice of your Caro shipment as regards cost of moving Ur items as cargo as compared to you boarding the plane with the items but with my experience, I was disappointed with the luggage handling. My boxes were damaged and most of the contents of the boxes broken/damaged. Complains made with evidence and nothing positive came out. And I was hoping to make use of them to cargo over 15 more boxes but I am having a change of heart due to luggage handling. You can also try them maybe I was just unfortunate with the try."
