"Absolutely disgusting and nearly ruined our evening. Got in taxi to literally go around the corner. He took us on a magical mystery tour. I quizzed him and he kept driving the wrong way. I quizzed him again and he had put in wrong destination. Spent 30 minutes in a cab, for a journey that should have taken 5 minutes. Ruined my birthday as lost the table at my favourite restaurant. Shocking!"
"Booked a taxi the day before to go from the hotel to the airport at 3am. Two drivers got assigned and then cancelled within seconds. Called the 24 help desk and be informed that a new driver was coming in 3 minutes, the driver never showed up and we ended up to rush to a bus stop to catch a bus to the airport. Almost missed our flight! I would NEVER recommend this taxi company, so unprofessional, and horrible customer service."
"Excellent taxi company, used them for years. Great fares, prompt pick up times and friendly drivers My wife lost her phone in one of the cars and we managed to track it on Google. The driver found it and kept it in his glove box for safe keeping, even offered us some tea before we left!! I won't use another taxi company!! Thank you"
"I stayed at Premier Inn South - booked the shuttle for 0800 14th November. Driver arrived early - got everyone together & seated according to terminal requirements. Also took payment before setting off which saves a lot of messing about when dropping off. Got to my terminal & he gave me directions how to get to departures. I always use Club Cars but have to say on this occasion I was very satisfied with the excellent service"
"I have regular taxis to work and back. Very reliable for late morning for getting to work. Was good for a while for my 5pm pickup but been shocking last week and this week. Waiting an hour to an hour & a half most nights, now in the cold weather. I have health conditions that cause pain snd exhaustion. This is NOT helping. Just been in tears as not felt well today. Even telling them I only had tonight to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy made no difference. Not sure why they've deteriorated in the last 2 weeks. Dreadful service."
