"I had to call a taxi for friend but he was not linked to the companies that you store your card and can order a taxi on-line like Uber. I came across Union Cars company and as soon as the taxi reached the Restaurant where we were based, l received a text message saying: your taxi is outside. The transportation to the destination was very good. Payment by card or cash. Well done⭐️"

"I used the taxi this morning the driver gave me change but gave me half a five pound note found the office they said they can not doing nothing about it really shocking customer service"

"I have used them a few times to go to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Always excellent service, drivers are punctual and polite. One can track the car while it is on its way to come pick you up, and they message/ring you as soon as they arrive. Going to the airport is also a bit cheaper than others. I recommend and will use again."

"Avoid at all costs. I pre booked a taxi via their app days in advance to bring us back from a wedding venue in Knutsford. 2 hours before the taxi was due to arrive, I received a text saying they were cancelling the booking. Completely unacceptable that you would process the booking, hold money you have taken from my account and then text 2 hours before to say you were cancelling the booking! Money was pre-authorised and is still sitting as pending from my account. We were left stranded in the middle of nowhere - completely unreliable, please avoid this company."

"Disgusting service from driver 360 the most aggressive taxi driver ive ever had to deal with. Purposely took me the longest route to my destination so he could charge me more hid the meter from view until i reached my destination and when i asked why, he became very aggressive saying he owns the firm/base in other words if complain it wont go anywhere, and i had a child with me as well. Shouldn't be a taxi driver. I will never use this base/firm again."
