"This taxi firm is abysmal. Their drivers speak very poor English, do not have knowledge of the local area and generally do not have sat nav or an A to Z. Many of their drivers are rude and unfriendly. I have used them many times and have finally deleted their number as the last time I called them an Asian man answered - at first I thought he must be talking to someone else in the office as he did not give a taxi firm greeting but instead was talking about something else. As I listened I heard him say 'that's why you call don't you - 'cos you're a lonely b*tch'. I realised he was talking to me. I put the phone down in disgust and will never use them again. Speaking to customers like that is outrageous and if they had any shame they would be ashamed to act like that - but it seems they do not. Disgusting, abusive, rubbish at their job - I would say this is the worst taxi firm in Chorlton."
