"2011 E Class Estate. 1st time using this Mercedes specialist. I've stopped using the last one I've used for the last 5 years. They asked detailed questions about the car and any problems it has, gave it a full B service and MOTd it. "I really don't trust main dealers as I have found that not only are their prices 'are off the wall' but I'd challenge that they are working with your best interests as a priority, I found MSC looking on line for a Merc specialist, so a couple of months ago I took my C Class coupe for a service, I dealt with Mark who came across as honest, knowledgeable & to me demonstrated quality customer service. So would I recommend? Without a doubt.
