"DON’T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE!!! I have bought a christmas present (PlayStation light) and found out at home that it was completely broken. Went back to the store for a refund (on Tuesday 27.12. around 20:00 but have been told by a guy working on the till that there is nothing they can do and that they always check the deliveries and that they would never sell an item in this condition. What a joke since I have found many items on the shelf that looked broken. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!"

"Lovely gadgets. Shop is well layed out. Customer service is a let down. The chap at the counter spend 10mins trying to sell a product and why its soo good (he lied about the product, it wasn't as good as he made it out) .. It's good to go and have a look. But I wouldn't purchase anything from there."

"I gave my money to my little sister to get pocket pop keychain and Funko pop which are amazing collectible because they all colourful , different design unique in their own that makes you want them more and more to buy for good. I wished could have went there because my sister said it was big , modern , bright , vibrant , clean , tidy , well organised , spacious , huge and sleek. She said as well that staff are friendly , attentive , professional , respectful , responsive , efficient , well mannered , sociable , helpful , kind and always serve with a smile. The price is good because they sell original collectibles because of their price tag and it is far more safer than buying it on Amazon and eBay because you may get fake one instead of real one which may make you get upset or irritated because you got fake from Amazon or eBay. I will go there one day , experience these things for myself because it sounds really good and go to store myself to buy it in real person. I had amazing experience with the product because they look amazing , unique to buy and keep for life. I have been there today on 19/04/2021 and they were amazing."
