"This shambles of an establishment has caused me financial inconvenience and also emotional distress. Upon being sold faulty items I was booked in for a repair which was supposed to be confirmed by the maintenance man himself, only to be given a wrong time and the repair by mick was to be done earlier that expected. Upon stating this dissatisfaction I was shouted at by mick and he stated he would no longer be coming to my address to start the repair. I took the day off work because I haven’t been able to wash my clothes for the last week. And now his office is not answering for me to get an explanation. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST. You get what you pay for sadly..."
