"I purchased a dishwasher March/April 2020, the service was appalling- very unprofessional after a few weeks it leaked all over my kitchen, I called J.S.G and spoke to a guy called Bill, he was anything but helpful - in fact he was very blunt he told me that it wasn’t his responsibility and to call Blomberg which I did, eventually when I finally got through to them they booked a repair which I wasn’t very happy with as I had only bought it. I could only get a appointment for two weeks later. The engineer ! ! ! came our and fixed it - two weeks after the same thing happened again so I had to call them again and wait for a further two week , the engineer !!! fixed it once more and now again it has packed up and leaking, I called JSG and they refused to come out once again I had to call Blomberg, they advised me to contact JSG and get them to replace it but he refused. I have now put it in the hands of my solicitor. They are the WORSE COMPANY. I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH. DONT BUY FROM THEM."
"Very impolite staff und bad service. I went to buy a hoover bag and was told that I couldn't buy one without the serial number of my hoover. So I went and brought my hoover to the store. While there was no serial number written on it, I thought that having the hoover there would give them enough information on what bag to give me. The person spent 1 minute trying to find an appropriate bag and gave me one that was way too small. When I asked for a bigger one, I was told again that without the serial number I couldn't get any. When I left I said "have a nice day" and the person just said "ok", turned around and went to the back of the store."
