"Outstanding !! After calling RGA and speaking with Sam, he gave me the cheapest quote I'd received for supply and installation of a new intergrated washing machine, plus removal of the old one. On the day of delivery/installation (4 working days later), they installed a more expensive machine at no extra charge as the original machine I'd ordered hadn't arrived in stock. The main contact I dealt with Sam sorted me a washing machine at short notice, gave a good range of offers and were accommodating on price, then delivered and installed the appliance within 3 days, deliverymen/fitters were diligent and professional. I then went back for more by ordering a TV, they provided a great selection with competitive prices, again it was delivered at a time of my choosing.
