"Great service. Washing machine chosen was in stock, they delivered it to our flat, brought it up 4 flights of stairs without protest, the next day. They then installed the machine, checked it was working OK and then took our old machine away. All this done in less than an hour. The two guys were polite and friendly too. "My friend recently bought a new house and needed all new appliances for his kitchen. The guys in the shop popped over to give a free and detailed site survey. Measured the spaces in the kitchen and simply said visit us when you are ready to select. To be honest we went to curry's but they didn't seem too bothered if we bought from them or not and they told us we must wait a week for delivery and pay for delivery! We visited Tip Top once more and purchased a Gas Hob, Extractor, Gas Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer and Fridge Freezer. We later also found that later they would deliver and unpack all items for free too! On top of that they even took away an old appliance from the house for free. They also organised a Gas safe engineer to come over to fit the Gas Hob, Gas Cooker and Extractor. I am going back later on to buy my Frost Free Freezer! Spent well over £2k in this establishment. Hope and pray others do too as we need shops like this on our high street's!"
