"Someone went into me so I had to go through insurance and they choose Alton. Managed to book car in for two months later, told them they could have it for two weeks as I was on holiday. rang me on holiday and told me they would need it an extra month, I said no way I need it when I get home. They agreed to have it back to me for my return. Rang me at airport to say they would bring it back the following day! I was due back at work the following day so had to have a day off. Shocking service especially when I know a guy local to me who would have done it in a day."

"My van has been sent here after Keighley branch caused more damage to my van than it went in with over 20 days of having it for a light scratch (see Keighley branch review for pics). I have received my van back from Barnsley branch better but far from right still. There is a chip and scratch in the new paint that has been touched up badly, orange peel finish still in the paint, 3-4 inch run in the new bumper they had to fit and bits in the paint, some of which had been flattened but not buffed so is dull. I have tried to get this resolved but I am now being ignored so am now resorting to go down the legal route for damages and loss of earnings"
