"The two receptionists and the workshop manager were polite, attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the repair work done. The standard of workmanship on the car was excellent even though it required a little tweaking to remove a few rattles which was carried out without complaint, nothing but the best was good enough for them, and me. My only regret is that I have forgotten their names. Excellent all round. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed."

"If anyone is thinking of using Advanced Accident Repairs at Chesterfield (part of Perrys) then DONT! And if your car is there currently go get it back Asap! We dropped our car off for a bodywork repair and was told someone would call us 2 days later to let us know how long the car would take (funny that they had no clue despite having a list of what the repair entailed). 7 days later we have heard nothing. Which considering they were in possession of our car without even giving us anything as proof to say they had taken responsibility for it, and didn’t even put anything on our key to identify that it belonged our car, we didn’t feel confident! We tried several times to call, sent emails, filled in enquiry forms on their website and lodged formal complaints to the management staff at the Perrys sales centre! Literally - They NEVER answer the phone! Yet funnily when your there a lady sits at a desk and the phone doesn’t ring once - funny how the line is ALWAYS busy (according to Perrys). Funnily when you leave them a poor review on Google they tell you to contact them to sort it out - quite funny when you can’t actually get through. Eventually when we did get to speak to someone we were told our car was “currently been valeted” but couldn’t say when it would be done. 24 hours later it is “in valet currently”. Surely even the dirtiest car wouldn’t need a 24 hour valet ? And our car wasn’t even that dirty! So 9 days later got the car back when I told them I WOULD be collecting it the following day. It wasn’t negotiable. Sure enough that morning we got a call to say the car had been QA’d and was ready to collect - well not sure what the QA process involves given the things we’ve found - other than a black pen! So - Collected the car (in the dark annoyingly), but here is the best bit - and the most frustrating bit - once it was home and we were checking it over in the daylight we noticed a black mark across the back passenger door, biro pen on the light grey leather arm rest and the tyre pressure light is now coming on. NONE of these things were there before this place had our car. It’s impossible to contact them, you get put through to a Perrys sales centre who either promise you a call back but you hear nothing or they tell you lines are busy and they can’t get through. Emails are ignored. Honestly if you are considering using this place - steer clear! Poor service! If I could give it 0/5 stars I would!"
"Amazing Job! I was recommended Advance Accident Repair by a friend who uses them regularly and speaks very highly of them. The experience i had from the first meeting to the completed works was faultless. I approached them with complex upgrades and body repairs to my van where two other well known body shops had failed. Advance Accident Repair carried out the work with perfection, completed the works on time and my van looks amazing and i could not be happier. Many thanks to Gavin and everyone involved."
