"Took my car at 9 AM.. for a service.. phoned 3pm., told to collect at 5pm.. they were still working on my car till 5-30.. clearly did not start working on it till mid afternoon.. may be employ some more qualified staff to complete the work load.. no apology,, just excuses. And the owner shouting & swearing at his staff, in front of customers.. very rude & unprofessional..!!! Then to add to the insults.. they tried over charging me by £30.. the total price quoted was £167.88.. they gave me a bill for £195,48 so hence "another" dispute and disagreement.. needless to say I paid only the quoted price.. Then when I asked for the receipt & proof of work & price., they said it's sent to e,mail.. I don't use e.mail so asked for a copy of the written invoice.. I was then told no e. Mail.. no invoice..!! A complete shambles from start to finish.. won't be going back there,, & definately wouldn't recommend this place.."
"We had our car bonnet and rear door sprayed . The work was excellent however we was told it would take 2 days in fact it took 5 days. No one had the decency to contact us and explain why the delay !."
"Fitted alternator without authorisation. Ridiculously over charged. 6 hours for labour! When it was still faulty tried again. Still not fixed so i had it taken elsewhere. Now all working. No refund offered despite my having returned their new alternator. Not answering messages. Absolute nightmare start to finish"

Exceptional value, honest and trustworthy. They gave me plenty of advice and the customer service was great. I’d strongly recommend this garage for any work you may need.
