"We had a nightmare when driving from the North East to the Midlands on Friday 27th of Jan with a very excited 5 year old in the car. We got a flat tyre when driving into a service station off the M1 which is about 15 mins from the Kwik Fit. I googled the garage and called them at about 17:40, they checked they had the stock and assured me they would get us sorted that evening despite the shop meant to be closing at 6pm. Once we got to the service centre they were very quick to get us on the ramp and on our way. They also took the time to explain the issues and despite being quick they were very thorough! Brilliant service by all and cant thank you enough for staying late and going above and beyond - saving our planned weekend!! Thank you!!"
"We had an unfortunate incident on the M1 at 5pm on a Friday near Leeds. The Low Road branch of Kwik Fit was the closest, so I rang them to ask if we could leave the car overnight to have new tyres fitted the following day. We limped the car to the branch, and got there 20 mins before closing time, fully expecting to have to unload the car for the night. Dan was brilliant, and offered to fit the tyres straight away so we (&the dog!) could continue on our journey. We were really impressed with Dan’s “nothing is too much trouble and we are here to help” attitude, and we are grateful to the lads who stayed late to help us out. We can’t thank you enough."
