"Room very clean, as you would expect, comfortable bed, good bedding, coffee and tea provison was fine. Our room had been a family room with a single bed against the wall. That was gone, leaving enough space for us to do some circuit training or yoga, if we felt like it. As we were there for a couple of nights, a table and chair would have been more suitable. The sink in the bathroom didn't have a plug, a little annoying for having a shave or quick wash. Lauren at reception was great, sorted my wife out with a hair drier for the room as soon as we arrived. Nothing major, overall very adequate. Good for accessing the Trafford Centre and the ChillFactor. If we were only there overnight, perfect, a bit more thought for longer visits would have improved ours."

"Good location but the hotel itself was filthy, stained beds and the beds weren’t even double like advertised, they were two singles put together. No staff at reception so took ages to check in and the hotel itself was depressing. Close to the trafford centre though. Staff were useless and the keys stopped working at one point."
