"Service was great, but my reason for 3 stars is the fact the one of the workers that moved my car, had taking it up on him self to change my driving position completely. I understand everyone is not the same size and would not have been bothered if that had of moved it back so they could fit. But moving the back of my seat aswell was not acceptable. I have a bad back and the seat was right for me and when I got back in the car my seat had been changed. Very unhappy about this....!!!!"

"The job is replace the tyres, and the brake pads. It need to use the wheel lock to remove the wheels. However your staff cannot find my wheel lock at the beginning then he gave me a call and hope me can tell him where is it. However I never used it before, so don't know where is it. Therefore, he asked me need to purchase the new one, and I have agreed. Afterwhile he give me a call again and told me that he found it in the car boot. I am really appreciate to save my money and can give me back my car on time."
"4 tyres fitted today,booked and paid online . Only 2 guys working , I think more staff needed on a Sunday as they were none stop . Will not use a different kwik fit location in the future kirkstall Road is perfect feels like you get a personal service . Very happy with service tyres and price . Does need a tea and snack machine though ."
