"Had an issue with my car and turned up at the garage in a panic before the guys had fully opened for the day. Inspection carried out straight away without needing to book and come back. Fault found, explained and fixed. A woman going to a car garage on her own can be daunting as have had previous experiences where I have been told things are wrong that aren't actually needing fixing. Without a doubt, this is now my 'go-to' garage. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Really disappointed with this garage, I found them to be negligent and untrustworthy. I took my car in for two issues, one was sorted (although was charged more than quoted), and upon inspection, the other was not, so had to leave it overnight with them having being charged well over what I was expecting (I don't believe they were being dishonest, but were nevertheless negligent). They managed to snap one of the trim plastic panels and break the bonnet lever through carelessness. Some of these panels can be easily snapped, but it took some arguing to get them to take any responsibility for the panel and refused to take any for the bonnet lever. They refused to replace the panel with a new one and have only covered the cost of a cheap second hand one with some of the clips missing. I've never experienced such poor customer service and recommend you avoid the hassle of using this garage."

We got our car towed there when the drive shaft went on it and they sorted it out by the next day for us - every other place we called had said it would be at least a week. They were professional, honest, gave a very fair price - I think we've found our new local mechanic. Thanks guys!"
