Despite them being unexpectedly short staffed, Shaun who carried out the check was friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. He took time to give me advice. "I went for a steering lock for my car. The lovely man who served me was exceptional. He came out to my car with 2 different types to try on. I settled on one of them. He made sure I was able to lock it and unlock by myself which after a few failed attempts I was able to do. He was very helpful, very professional and all with a smile. Great service given. The cashier was more interested in having a chat with her colleague then actually serving me, and had a conversation with someone else thorough out my transaction and was distracted. I wonder how they would react if I was having a full blown conversation on my phone while they were serving me? Good layout of the store, and there seems to be good colleague availability."
