"Ordered a mamaroo bouncer £269.00 on the 19th January said in stock express delivery after waiting a week and not hearing anything from the shop 3 emails later finally spoke to someone 2 weeks later told order had been dispatched no tracking details nothing this went on for a week . Finally 4 weeks later after placing order had enough asked for a refund didn't get that !!! had to open a case with PayPal .finally today I got my money back thanks to paypal !!this company should be closed down 100 percent. Don't believe anything they tell you . You will not get your goods and will have to fight for your money back .Such a bad company !!!!"

"AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. After no response from the company for 6 weeks after purchase, I finally had to go through my bank with a claim to get a refund. Hopefully with more claims, this company will be shut down for good."

"It's a shame I have to post a public negative review, but it seems to be the only way to get a response from customer service. Ordered online a Babyzen Yoyo 6+ Raincover several weeks ago, which was showing as in stock on their website. Was called to say it was not in actually in stock but they were expecting some in soon. In the meantime, I managed to purchase the raincover from elsewhere. So I emailed Little Love Baby to cancel the order and request a refund. No reply. Emailed again a few days later. No reply. Called the store and was assured they would pass it on to the "online team" to process the refund. No follow up. Called again, same assurance. No follow up. Called again yesterday, same assurance, no follow up. I can see others have had similar experiences with online shopping here, so I would urge people to not use the online store for this company."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Bayzen YOYO umbrella fro them 2 weeks, paid next day delivery and it's hasn't arrived! I've emailed them 3 times and had no response. I haven't got my money back and had to submit a paypal request for refund! I can only assume they're going out of business and not refunding customers money. Be warned, you won't get your money back!"

"I asked to exchange an item for a bigger size, granted I’d had this from the end of 2020 but the shop had been closed for many months due to lockdown and this was my earliest opportunity to pop in store. I absolutely loved the outfit which was a gift (I had the receipt, original packaging, all labels in tact, the item was even still on the hanger!) and I wanted to change to the a bigger size which they had in stock. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible, I was told that it had been too long and they had been open for click & collect service during lockdown, how was I to know this?! Especially as this wasn’t a click & collect scenario / order. It seems such a shame to waste such a beautiful outfit when they had the bigger size sat on the shelf. I was so excited to finally be able visit the store again as I usually love shopping there. I wanted to purchase a few new outfits for my daughter and some baby gifts for friends, but I was so disappointed with the lack of understanding on this occasion that I left empty handed and took my custom elsewhere. Sadly this experience has put me off shopping there in the future."
