"This store became a literally joke. Prices are ridiculous. We used to shop weekly but now they doing so many mistakes in pricing that every time I have to return and show them wrong pricing. As I know Turkish owner left and now a non- Turkish lady owner have it. Today was the last time I went there as they did again by 9£ extra price . Not even coming back. Is such a shame destroying the name of the store. When u do business do it in the right way at least don’t try to “steal” people."
"£1.85 for one red pepper, large but went soft after one day and had a mould spot inside it £1.82 for 4 bananas (normal sized) £1.62 for ONE cucumber We are in a cost of living crisis guys. Don’t rip people off . The butcher will always give you way more than you ask for. Wouldn’t recommend Have tried the dessert and the cream tasted sour so threw away. This was £2.99 for one piece of cake. Have seen the dumpy guy at the front always being rude to the English woman who works on the till. She is efficient and polite. Telling her to be quicker etc."
"Unlike the old ownership, the new owners have put out more products to choose from. In fact, so much more that there are constantly stuff blocking and left in the middle of the paths between the isles or just chucked in the corner for when someone can actually bother putting it away. The only thing similar to before is that everything is overpriced, but now it is even worse. So yeah, you've got the choice of many products, but you pay the unreasonable price... just like any other similar shop. I shop there and just because they have stuff I can't find anywhere else, but I am put off by the price at the end."
"They have so much food from all round the world..the smell of the spices is amazing. You have to take your time to really have a look at everything..they have beautiful desserts from Greece and the freezer section is overflowing with such delicious foods. I did ask for price check and was helped..but on a product availability wasn't very helpful just sent me to another section..but it's nice to see all the fresh produce and everything else. Well worth a visit."
