"The gentle men at the store is a very kind man. I was blown away by his kindness. I have an autistic son, who only eats a certain type of cake as his treat, and has a restricted diet. Since moving to Hornchurch, we have had trouble obtaining the treat. The gentleman at the store went above and beyond to order this item and keeps an eye on stock and orders the item for my son, so that we don’t have to travel out of the area. I was so touched when he suggested that he orders more when I bought the last ones. His kindness def made my afternoon after a very long morning. Thank-you for showing kindness to us and my son. This kind act really does make a difference."
"This shop is the nicest place to go for many reasons. It's a local small business so you are supporting them every time you shop but they have a range of great treats for your kids and for yourself. Last time I went in I got the kids rainbow laces and myself a white twirl. The workers in there are lovely and always up for a conversation. Lovely place, lovely people."
