"I dropped our Mazda Bongo into GB back in July for an MOT, where I was advised that a lot of welding needed to be done. Cue repeated phone calls chasing for updates and not being given any REAL updates on what has been done or dates on when it will be fully fixed. I finally got the van back today - some 4 months down the line - and the coolant alarm has gone off because it clearly hadn't been moved in all the time it was there. Bill and Carl have done some sterling work on the van in the past but this has been without question the WORST experience I've ever had with a garage. I won't be going back to them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them."
