"Not positive I’m afraid. Had to change my timing chain and hopefully resolve some engine issues that I was concerned with. been told minimum of two weeks the car needs to stay with them due to parts being delayed etc. (normal bull$$$t). Left the car and after week and half I gave them a call to find if it’s ready only to hear that it’s been “fixed” but also had additional parts that needed replacing and no one bothered to call and explain. When asked them how much is bill, it went up with another 600. There was bit of discrepancy between the technician and the receptionist but I let that slide as long as the car is fixed.. They changed the engine oil after the service and just found recently that the filter is broken and needs replacing. Been told that this is a common thing and don’t really suspect they broke it but they even didn’t bother to tell me that. Faulty parts left, other replaced ?!?! It baffles me how they call themselves Mercedes specialists."

"Rang to have timing chain replaced and gearbox oil service on wife's (new to her) Clk 200k, spoke to a helpful gentleman who explained costs etc Timing chain replacement was preemptive as emigrating and a known weakness on 1.8 K engines. All booked in. Then received a phone call from a lady saying she had been away and was chasing up an email enquiry made a week ago by myself!!!! I explained I had already spoken to someone and they had booked the car in, then the farce began with her "telling" me, the customer, I don't need chain replacing. Explained why I, the customer, wanted it changing then the truth came out... they only have two technicians and one was away and they don't like doing this sort of job as it ties up their capacity...Mercedes specialists!!!!!!! disorganised clowns spring to mind. Now faced, at short notice to find a more professional garage... Mercedes main dealer came to rescue.... prices not far off those quoted here and you have the back up and Peace of mind of the Mercedes brand Looking at their website their focus and pricing is A&B services, presume that is their level of competence therefore just as well go to your local garage. Wish I had recorded the telephone conversation with the lady as would make a brilliant example in any business training programme of how not to engage with a potential customer Incidentally their website refers to their feedback on the "Good Garage Scheme" surprise surprise you can't find them on it!!!!!"

"Wouldn't ever return to this place tried to communicate with my command unit but couldn't and still tried charging me for absolutely nothing lady in the office is very focused on getting your money nothing else . Avoid these greedy so called professionals"
