"Had an issue with my Range Rover velar - the bottom screen wouldn’t come on and this was an on going issue for the past 18 months. I’ve been to several garages who could not diagnose the problem - I was told modules would need to be replaced or that the whole unit would need to be replaced. After a lot of back and forth, I took to a Facebook page with owners of velars to ask for some advice. Pally was recommended to me from there. Rang up and managed to secure an appointment with him a week later. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours! I still can’t believe it. Something that had caused me so much trouble the past year and a half fixed whilst I waited. He’s such a genuine humble guy that will go out of his way to help you in anyway he can.
