"I went to ‘MBM Autohaus’ as I had an issue with my parking sensors and thought I’d do my yearly service for my BMW 3 series 2020. MBM were very professional and welcoming when I approached them on Instagram. When they took on the job, they messaged me with the cost before proceeding; which I really liked. "Absolutely terrible so called "BMW SPECIALISTS". Dropped the car off in the morning and around 4pm I heard nothing. I called them and they said come down and we can explain the problem. I said to him I already know the problem which I told him when dropping the car and the owner went crazy. He has some serious anger issues. He told me to come get my car and go as he tried charging me for a diagnostic when I already told him what the diagnostic says from BMW. He threatened me saying if I don't collect the car within a hour then he will charge storage which was really rude. I went down and confronted him yet he just switched and became more angry and told me to leave. Mo (A mechanic) came and calmed the situation and was really helpful advising me on where to go and general advice about the car. Clearly the owner should learn from Mo as Mo clearly knows customer service! If they charged me for a diagnostic and fixed the problem I would not have complained but they did not know how to fix the problem which was a waste of time! Do not recommend!! P.S. the yard is small and terrible you are asking for body damage on your vehicle if you go there."

"Can I say that even if I was fortunate enough to get a new BMW I would take it to MBM for ANY work that needed doing to it. I have received nothing but absolutely outstanding service from these guys and they really know their stuff. What's more they are very reasonable indeed, unlike BMW dealerships which I was very disappointed with on the one occasion I have dealt with them regarding a recall. "Very disappointed, did not diagnose the problem with my car correctly. Ensured me that my turbo needed replacing, said they did all the checks an it was the turbo that was definitely at fault. I almost had the turbo removed and sent for reconditioning before changing my mind and taking the car to bmw dealership in solihull an it turned out to be a split boost pipe. I even told them to check the boost/vacuum pipes and they said they would."
