What is astonishing is that, although they haven't advertised it, these guys are excellent with mechanics, electric work, and body work including wheels, spacers, pads, discs and whatever is needed. "Generally good but once I came to pick up my car and noticed it had been parked reversed quite hard into their metal fence, causing a dent and 2 scratches on the back bumper. I took photos. I complained and the man serving me was generally rude and hardly apologised. He partially fixed the dent and scratch. He said, "he didn't know he had hit the fence". He just walked away and left. This occasion was unbelievably bad customer service. Normally I would kick up a big fuss but I decided to leave it. But I felt he earned at least this review. If that's how they treat my car, and me as a customer too, I don't think I'll ever go back."
