"I've been looking around for a remap for a while but I couldn't find the right place. When I spoke to Saj from The Remap Link, he was polite and understood what I needed so I booked him. When came in for the map, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he was doing it, which put confidence in the service he provided. He sorted out the map quickly and there have been no problems with it since. I've had to do a couple of things to the car after and everytime I've come to him, he has being extremely patient and willing to help. "Fantastic guy Saj, able to diagnose accurately, full explanation of how the process works. He was unable to do it there and then as my car was so old, he went above and beyond by going to the main office to work on my car putting himself out. Can't explain how important it is to have someone with great customer focus, experience and always keeping you up to date with all the processes from start to finish. 10/10. Thanks mate."
