"no experience of repairs, but of 'customer service' - how long do they need to arrange things !? - thankfully, soon after ERC initially contacted me (5 or 6 weeks ago - as I write this), the other drivers insurance contacted me, got THEIR garage to sort the repairs, I've now had the car back for 10 days, and suddenly, 6 weeks after sending pics and the initial contact, ERC called to arrange repairs ! - I honestly thought they'd been given the heads up that repairs had been sorted elsewhere - why else go quiet for 6 weeks !? - If id been in need of ERC doing the work, Id still be waiting - thankfully didn't need them to do the work - but will be rethinking renewal as current insurance company will send any claims to these time wasters"
