He was much earlier than anticipated! I wasn’t too fussed if it wasn’t today but Simon went out of his way to slot me in. He is super friendly and clearly knows his work. Extremely knowledgeable and identified my electrical fault within minutes. Simon then went out of his way to get me the part my vehicle needed. "Simon is a rare find, in that, he genuinely helped with the resolution of my air-flow sensor issue, which a few other garages couldn't get to the bottom of. The issue wasn't apparent, reading from the diagnostics and this required the method of 'elimination by trial', which Simon supported over a period of days. Yes, it took some trials to get to the cause and work his way around, but his customer-orientation is praiseworthy! On one occasion, having worked on my car beyond the expected time of the day, he even came over to drop the car home the next day, which was a commendable gesture, to say the least.
