"What a fantastic experience I had today. My Ford Transit Custom was booked in for repair work following a Major Service and MOT. A visual health check was carried out and it was noted that the vehicle had suffered a minor oil leak from the gearbox area. After diagnosis it was confirmed that the driveshaft seal on the passenger side was unfortunately leaking. After speaking to the highly qualified MTR technician it was decided I would replace both passenger side and drivers side driveshaft seals. We would also replenish the gearbox oil whilst carrying out the repairs. Genuine Ford seals were ordered along with Genuine Ford gearbox oil to complete the repair. First class service from the team. Joe was fantastic today dealing with my questions and answering them in a professional and technical way. A real credit to MTR. Keep up the good work and please be assured that your vehicle will be in really professional hands when left in these capable hands. Kind regards Mark."

"Within the last 2 months I've unfortunately had to have 2 puncture repairs carried out on my vehicles' tyres, fortunately for me, I've used MTR twice for them to be repaired and the reason for this being is that, their service is excellent!. On both occasions the repairs have been done as quickly as possible and to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price. I was looked after both times by one of their colleagues called Brad, who was very welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service from a great company. Thank you."
