"Booked an 8 seater mini bus on the app a week prior to the date we needed it. On the app it specifically asked how many passengers. Booked it for 11.20. Got a call, which we missed at 11.15. I phoned back and it said a car was on its way. No car at 11.25 so I phoned them. The receptionist asked how many passangers and I told her 7. She apologised and said they only have 6 seater out and said she had tried to call me... At 11.15, 5 mins before we needed the cab. In my opinion, when you book a week in advance, this is not the service you should expect."
