"I'll be honest, i have used them before (at least 6 times) and never experienced any negative issues with their quality of work, they've always done a very good job. But I've used another mechanic for the last 18yrs (family friend). However, i recently needed a VAT registered garage to do some work on my vehicle as the work would have been paid via my vehicle warranty so i called them to discuss the process and also book my vehicle in for an MOT. I know garages can be busy but when you're calling with a query that is likely to result in you giving them your custom you don't expect to be given the impression they can't wait to get you off the phone. The telephone experience put me off and i gave the work to another garage."
