I had a fault on my car recently and it was the spark plugs. Tony changed them, and the oil, and told me when I service the car, remind him and he'd knock that off the price (which he did). He puts no mark up on parts either. And, if you can source your own, he fit them for you (I had to replace a broken window on my wife's car, and he fitted it). I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are excellent, and today that's rare."
