"Have never used this garage before, but all other small garages were closed for Christmas/New Year. Paul was very obliging and agreed to see my car to sort out the problem, even though he had never met me before. He was very knowledge about the issues I was having and corrected them within a couple of hours. His wife very kindly drove me home until the car was ready to be collected, then picked me up again to collect it. "My car broke down on the way to work at half 6 on a Friday morning. My breakdown service said there was a problem with my policy and they wouldn't be able to do anything until after 8am. I tried ringing all the advertised "24hr mechanics" on Google I could find in Birmingham, either they didn't answer or said they weren't available at that time of the morning. I tried this garage on the off chance they could help. They came out straight away, were extremely helpful, fixed my car, and didn't even over charge me! Great service!"
