"I am as a guest I have the worst experience. During the pandemic between 2019 and 2022 I couldn't fly to any destination. I got more than 2800 in my travel bank... and the etihad they promised that during the pandemic they will be understanding to the usage of my travel bank and miles... however they took my money they said that they got expired !!!. I requested an Asistance and understanding for my situation buy they never helped. As the airlines refuse the usage of my miles to do a class upgrade and they want me to take a bid. If the seat request 39k miles they will make me take the 120k and more to do an upgrade. I have a very bad experience with evidence. I don't want to fly anymore on etihad."
"Exceptional service received from staff making my journey as a wheelchair user as stress free and relaxed as can possibly be. Food in business class was amazing and the menu catered for all types diets. Staff in business class cabin were very caring and checked up on me regularly making sure I felt as though I was at home."
"A very low class Airplane which we traveled with from Abu Dhabi to Manchester. Poor Service, the flight was scheduled for 5:50am but as it was 0 degree at that time in MAN and a bit of snowfall (1-2 cm) and nobody cleared the runway, our flight got diverted to Birmingham where they didn't gave us much info but kept repeating that they are waiting for further instructions so they`ve let us just sit in the plane from 06:30am till 1:20pm and then departured to MAN ( they were waiting 3 hours for the new cabine crew to arrive so the previous one can leave. After landing in MAN at 1:40 pm, there wasn't anyone from Swissport to get us our luggage and nobody there to advise on anything and after people started to loose patience they brought the luggage to the belt at 4:20 pm, I had to wait till 5:10 pm to receive all of my 3 bags!"
"I went to Manchester airport and went to the check in point and the agent checked mine and my children’s covid 19 documents and said that they were fake she told me to download the nhs app for my children but I couldn’t because the first option you get is that your child should be over the age of 16 years and she also spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and she even told me to throw away my documents and my wife’s indefinite passport. I went to get a pcr test I got the results and then the boarding was closed and now they are telling me to pay fees to re issue my ticket why should I pay fees if it’s not my fault that I couldn’t board the flight and I followed all the covid 19 policy and requirements and they are not helping me at all they are saying they have to follow their policy. I wouldn’t recommend you to book a flight from etihad airways they are the worst airline ever and don’t even support or help you when you are going through a loss because of their airline and so called”professional staff”"
"Worst experience ever with an airline company. Food was horrible, service poor and they should keep a zone for families traveling with babies. Having kids screaming and pushing your seat for 7 hours is just a nightmare. Lots of passengers did not wear masks throughout the flight and the crew did absolutely nothing. Avoid flying with them."
