"This is a very busy office currently due to the suspension of the eVisa. Consequently they were running late on appointments but the two people dealing with applications were friendly, polite and and still managing to smile. Thank you."
"corrupt service inside out! While I don't oppose the recent changes the visa situation is facing I have notice that secretly the available appointments are getting booked. from Friday I have been keeping a track of any released appointments on the hcilondon.gov.in website and everything was fully booked up until 21st November but surprisingly on Saturday even 22nd November was full booked. Then on Sunday morning again 23rd November was fully booked. All this is happening over the weekend when the service is not available. I strongly believe that the visa appointments are being sold at higher rates to contact of the staff at the visa centers and to family and friends. Shame that the Indian government is being blind and arrogant about the whole situation. On the other side I visited the Manchester center and was met by a rude security guard who treated me differently to other people who happened to be his skin colour. At this time of visa crisis the visa should have informed representative at the reception to answer questions."
