"Worst company ever they are just about to take your money, the solicitor assigned to me called Alessia zani even couldn't speak a proper English. Choose someone else for your own safety"
"In my opinion and experience this is a sham company operating on the edge of legality. They will take your money and offer no better service than if you applied yourself. Infact maybe a worse service. My advice is save your money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING FIRM"
"I had a terrible service with this company from start to finish. Although the initial phone call they were so polite and assured me of a smooth transition. Once you have paid they change there tone. I lost patience and wrote off the £800 I had paid up front and did the visa process myself. Which was actually rather fast and not to taxing. My advice is do the visa yourself, though if you do choose to use a solicitor avoid this company."
"Very poor experience which led to the refusal of a important visit visa for a family member at a crucial time. I was promised first class customer care at my initial assessment - however that was quickly replaced once I paid my fees by uninterested and disjointed staff on the phone (one lady sounded like she was chewing gum whilst talking to me). Sometimes messages were not even passed on to my lawyer. My lawyer, Harris, was pleasant enough but didn't provide me with enough support and evidence based documents to get the visa over the line - he seemed passive and caught up with too many other things. I came to him with extra documents which I thought would support the case and he liked and agreed with, but he should have given me exactly what was needed in the first place to get the visa, but the case wasn't strong enough and the way it was presented to the UKVI was weak to say the least. Emails remained unanswered and appointments had to be taken to speak to my caseworker unless it was specified as urgent which was a far cry from what I was promised in my initial assessment by a salesman type person on the other end of the phone. Do not be fooled and take my advice - spend your £500 with another firm"
"My experience has been disappointing – The visa application should have been a simple procedure. However from start to end it was ‘rushed ‘ by the handling team. Due process was not explained and when minor issues occurred the case handler was never available, always ‘with a client’. They also wanted extra money to make minor changes to the submitted forms online. i had to complete and submit the application without the assistance of Burlow and Spencer! Conclusion, they supplied correct forms to complete the application and drafted a good covering letter, however customer service was poor. I would NOT recommend them."
