"Can't book appointment for weeks . Joke... like I have time to check every 10mins if there is availability to have appointment. I am willing to book in advance even if there is a long wait but if you working full time like i do and in prison facility I dont have an access to my phone at all . Other facilities seems to move forward but you stuck on going backwards dragging people with your unreasonable rules . Sort it out is outrages ."

"New Consulate's passport department is located on the ground floor. Enter on appointment only through security check. When you get your online booking which is no very easy due to booking limits, all paperwork and service is quick and simple in here. Consulate clerk was very helpful and kind."

"Both me and the girlfriend accidentally went tooled up so I had to wait in the pub next door with the knives as there is a scanner you have to pass through on the way in. She said it was a fairly good experience though and to give it 5/5. Could do with some of the crying children being removed though."
