"I'm a regular customer at the Chapel Allerton branch, and I have to say that it's the best coffee shop in town. The service I receive every time I visit is outstanding, and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Dom, in particular, is an absolute star and a credit to the company. He will go the extra mile to ensure your experience is the best possible. The atmosphere in the coffee shop is fantastic. It's cozy and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable spending time there. The best part is that my dog is always welcome, and she loves her doggyccino and extra cuddles from the staff. The decaf coffee is the best in town. As a coffee aficionado, I can confidently say that the coffee at Chapel Allerton is top-notch. It's always delicious and the perfect temperature, and I can't get enough of it. Overall, I highly recommend the Chapel Allerton branch to anyone who loves their coffee. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, and the staff make the experience even better. I'm a loyal customer, and I'll continue to visit for years to come."
"I have been to this place many times and it’s always wonderful experience. It’s cleaned, service is great. Special thanks to Maya and other guy Michael who were serving with smile and giving best customer service."
"It's a Starbucks. The coffee is mediocre and the food is overpriced and terrible. However the building is attractive it has an accessible ramp, disabled toilets, plenty of tables and is seldom too busy. The young staff are also always very helpful and pleasant. It is also dog friendly."
"Wanted to try the pumpkin spice range for the first time. Asked if the pumpkin spice Frappuccino could be done with oat milk. Was told yes. When I got it it was an iced latte, not a frappucino so either there was a mistake or I misunderstood something. Nice flavour but all the syrup was at the bottom not mixed and I didn’t realise. Got a massive sugar hit at the beginning but then none at the end. Was still tasty though, not cheap. Almost empty in there, strange because everywhere else in chapel A is heaving on a Saturday midday. Don’t think Starbucks is a great fit for the area."
"This is an outlet I would not return to as the service lacked any value or interest. Also there was a staff member with his hand bandaged behind the counter with part of the bandage hanging off serving customers dressed as if he was about to go out with his coat on. Seating and tables were not clean or cleared. After ordering coffee staff chatted rather than serving food quickly. Total bill £10 plus shame on Starbucks. Next time I will visit the coffee shop 3 doors down."
