"My son had the best party he really enjoyed it. The girls were amazing, friendly and really made the party enjoyable for everyone."
"Went to the morning session of the new year's eve event. On arrival all hopes were there, after a short time staff are extremely rude and have double standards within the health and safety they were trying to preach at a family when you had a spiderman running around with kids following but knocking the smaller childer out the way who were just playing. A wait of an hour for some chips and a sausage sandwich to then be told it would be another hour in a extremely rude manner again by staff this was just the basics of our experience. Never again will we go there definantly alot better centres around and with polite and friendly staff"
"Used to live local so brought my kids to treetops ALOT! It used to be really good value for money with friendly staff. I don't know if it's due to covid or what, but we brought the kids with some of there friends and couldn't believe the difference. The prices are so high now, we spend almost £50 for 2 kids (play and eat) with 2 adults with 2 meals (and by meals I mean 1 bowl of chips and 1 cheese on toast) 2 coffees and 2 soft drinks (believe it or not, the kids meals don't even come with a drink) On top of the shock with regards how much it now costs, the staff were also not as kind and polite as they used to be. One member of staff practically shouted at 1 of our kids for going to walk into the play area before we had paid (we was in the process of paying and our kid saw a friend and got excited and went to run to them). After that, the youngest of all the friends (4) went into the small section (4 and under) and was shouted at and told they couldn't be in there. The staff member didn't even ask us how old the child was. After that, the kids were all playing on the slides and some of them were waiting at the bottom of the slide for there friends to slide down (large area at the bottom to stand and wait) and the staff shouted from behind the desk at them and told them they couldn't do it and had to move because other kids could get hurt. (There was only us in the entire play centre and all the kids are friends and we're all playing together so I don't know what "other kids" they were on about. All in all, the standards of this place have drastically dropped. The only reason we actually came to treetops is because we were meeting friends local to it but I highly doubt I'll take the kids back, especially when the play centre local to us is far far bigger and for everything we got at tree tops, it costs us around £25 all in with super friendly staff. Real shame as like I said, we used to go to tree tops ALOT!"
"Treetops were absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do more for us. It was a truly amazing stress feee evening for my family and friends. We had a birthday party for my middle son and they were just so helpful. They were very inclusive too. They kept checking everything was okay for me as I am a visually challenged parent. And, they made sure my son who has to use a wheelchair was involved in the party too. I will definitely be choosing tree tops for my next party. Thank you so much."
