"Absolute shambles trying to collect a parcel - waited over half an hour in the cold with a small child and it wasn't even that busy, however they seemed to be having loads of problems with other people's orders too. They clearly have zero control of their stock room or know where anything is, and not even so much as an apology."
"It's not bad little store great for free parking. If you have ordered a parcel it great pick up place. Like all next stores they don't believe in staff so not many about especially in the evening it quite poor to be honest. Best to go at mid day if you need help with anything."
"When I walked in and had a look around, I think I only saw 1 member of staff and she was behind the till serving someone, now, as much as I dislike being asked whether I need help or staff pestering me, I did find this rather strange. The shop itself was clean and the clothes and shoes were well organised, in size order etc. Which is always a bonus in my eyes. The selection of items was alright considering the size of the store."
