"Bounce Central UK makes great birthday packages. We had absolutely lovely birthday party and Harriet was super nice and friendly. She helped us from the moment we stepped into the building till we went out. Our children had playful session on trampolines and after that time in a room to eat lunch. Food portions are big and tasty, and the private room has a great funky vibe, and children loved it. Overall, we highly recommend Bounce Central. I just have small suggestions for the management. You can bring the cake but can not eat it- that's disappointing, and there should be an option to hire private room for longer than 30min( with an extra fee for example), as children loved it. We'll be coming back for sure."

"I highly recommend Bounce Central if you want a stress free, action packed birthday party. Leah the party host was amazing, she organised all the children, ensured presents were taken to our party room and was so very helpful and kind. My daughter is Madagascar obsessed so we brought our own decorations and Leah set these up beautifully for us. Id actually forgotten candles and Leah and another lovely young girl made sure my daughter didn’t go without blowing the candles out on her cake, finding some we could use. Very much appreciated, above and Beyond, thank you. The manager also had a chat with me and was very welcoming. The food menu in the cafe is very good and is served to a great high quality standard. There is more than the basic choices you usually get at play-areas. Thanks again for having Sienna 2/01/23."

"Lovely trampoline park with soft play, suitable for all ages and the food is nice too. We have been here many times and just had our sons birthday party here too, so affordable and a great place for kids. Our party host was Grace and she was fab, she made sure the party was smooth from start to finish and couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll be back!"

"We really enjoyed our visit to this trampoline park. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to find, park and get inside. It a not massive but that works in its favour as it seems to have a slightly younger audience. Which is great as the teens at trampoline parks can get crazy making it scary for toddlers. They have a nice little soft play bit and a little section for the smaller baby too. We got an extra hour for cheaper too so be sure to ask about that . Seating area upstairs was nice and clean although there was always a queue for food. Seemed reasonably priced. This was a good day out . Thank you"

"Ruby & Grace were wonderful party hosts- they made it so easy and were super organised. These girls were really easy to interact with, lots of smiles and lovely personality. They even made sure that a little one with dietary requirements had everything right which was brilliant. Thank you girls! Jesse really enjoyed himself!
