"We were very disappointed as the ferrari came in such a bad condition as if it has been used badly before. There are scratches all over it, broken clips, stickers coming off and some parts barely even attached. We spent close to £400 including delivery and were so disappointed. We didn’t have time to order elsewhere so we ended up having to keep a badly damaged product. The assembly and fast delivery option is also excessive at £90. I would definitely advise others to avoid ordering from this company as the quality check is non existent. (P.s a few of the buttons on the car do not work at all)"

"*AVOID, faulty goods* Brought a £250 pink “Range Rover” from these guys for my little girl’s birthday that she so badly desired for so long. Having worked really hard for a very long time to save up all my pennies to afford it, it all of a sudden stopped working within 1yrs of extremely light use. My little girl was left heartbroken, I was left feeling extremely disappointed and ripped off. Firstly the buttons on the steering wheel had stopped working, the radio then started playing up and then, to top it off, it stopped moving at all. Upon making contact 4 times to these guys via email, I never did get a response. Upon making contact via their website, they gave me a WhatsApp number and dismissed me straight away. Upon making contact on WhatsApp several times, I eventually had a reply that was shocking, suggesting I had to purchase further from them, suggesting various parts to attempt to fix the issue they suspect myself. Of course, I replied with my further complaints and concerns, disgusted I was being asked for further £££, without any apologies or acceptance of responsibility from them. As a result they’ve blocked me and ghosted me on WhatsApp. I’d hate for this to happen to anybody else, I’ve never in my life experienced such dreadful, careless and non existent customer service. My little girls car still looks brand new however is only good for the tip being a faulty purchase, complete and utter daylight robbery by a company selling faulty goods, then try to sell further telling customers “fit it yourself”. Shame on you TOYZNGADGETZ robbing the poor!"

"My husband and I took our almost 6 year old twins here 2 weeks ago to see what vehicles were suitable for them as we thought they might have been too big for most vehicles being almost 6 years old....how wrong were we? The showroom is a dream for every child that loves cars....my boys didn't know what to do with themselves as there was so much choice. Yas was very helpful and friendly and advised us on the best options based on what the boys wanted. Yas listened to all the requirements and made suggestions for us. The boys were able to 'test drive' all the vehicles they wanted in the carpark across the road. The transaction from start to finish was brilliant, this place is 1.5 hours away from where we live but it was worth the travel. No hard sell, just honest and helpful advice. Delivery was on time as well. I highly recommend getting the vehicles assembled by the guys in the store....they are very efficient and saved my husband time and hassle of making them himself as we had 2 very eager boys waiting to drive them as soon as they came. Thank you Yas once again for helping us choose the right cars for our boys, they absolutely love them and they insist on getting them out every day that it has not rained."
