"Excellent quality kitchen (from manufacturer) concept design customer care is absolutely disgusting! I had problems with the fitters they sent out in were I had newly finished walls and the kitchen fitters left chunks out the walls by not taking care then they decided to fill with silicone! Units cut to incorrect sizes even though the plan said the measurements! All in all good quality kitchen but concept design no good! No customer care, no response back from them still awaiting soft closers that were not fitted. For £5K I expected more and not have to repair walls that I had previously paid for. Shop around I say!"
