"I had an MOT and full service booked for 8.30am and was told to arrive 10 minutes early. I got there and the shutters down and nobody turned up until 9am, no apology or explanation as to why. I was then late to work. Wouldn't recommend, go somewhere else!"

"MOT appointment. rude person on the main desk busy with his phone and when I came in and he felt upset as if he had to do some work. Looked at other reviews and explains it. That the staff has changed for the worse. Last time I brought my car here for MOT I was told I have to wait as they are running late and I had to wait extra 2 hours to get my car back. This time I arrived on time but there is no parking and by the time I parked and went in and I’m told they just called me that my appointment is cancelled. I had to take time off for this appointment so it was extremely disappointing as they have total disregard for customer care. It’s clear that parking an issue here as they let people park on the coop parking spots and the coop customers complain too. I’d rather go father to get my car checked then to come here now.halford need to look again as to how the booking are managed especially if there is not adequate parking available. They full the appointment slots up knowing there is no place for customers to leave their cars."

"I've used Halfords in northenden Palatine road for year's, I won't again!! Change of management or staff the two new young lads on the desk I found quite unpleasant, one word answers no customer service at all. Unpleasant experience from booking on the phone to the last visit in the shop. I don't understand people who do a customer service job, who are clearly miserable when dealing with the public. Real shame"
