"Had a quote which was a reasonable price, booked the car in but they insisted on a £50 deposit to confirm the booking. Paid and took the car the following day. They had the car a few days and the part they ordered was wrong. Not a problem so collected the car as they waited the new trim. A few messages later and finally answered the call said they would update me straight away. Not heard from them since, they have opted not to open messages and not return phone calls or text message. I have no issue with not doing or starting the job but sent a email asking them to return £50 deposit. For some reason that won’t return this? Totally unfair not a particular nice way to do business at these times when people are struggling."

"Messaged auto bodies to get a quote to paint 4 body panels and fit a spoiler to my car. Received the quote and was happy with this so booked the car in. They gave me a time fame of 48 hours which was great as I told them I needed the car back by the Saturday. I dropped the car off on the Wednesday with confidence I would have it back by Friday as they confirmed. Didn't get the car back fully finished on the Friday as promised, it was the Monday. The paint work they did was great, can't fault that however I can fault the way they gave the car back to me. I left the car in a clean way however the same couldn't be said when I collected it. The car was full of dust inside and out plus masking tape hadn't been fully removed. This I could deal with as I could clean it but I still expect them to give me the car back how I left it. The bigger issue was they repaired the lacquer peel however in doing this caused more lacquer peel in other areas. When I mentioned this to fraser he offered to repaint this but at a discounted price. As they caused the damage I would expect this to have been done for free but no. So I wasn't best pleased. Doubt I would use them again. If you do use them make sure they don't cause further damage to your car like they did to mine."
