"I came in today and the place was so busy, as to be expected at 12pm on a Saturday on a retail park! I had to wait a little for my drink but while I stood waiting, I observed every single employee was working flat out, and they all still had a friendly smile for everyone. High stress environment and all of them kept their composure and delivered 5 star service to every customer. Despite the wait it was really amazing to see how the staff worked together to get the job done, really great team work! And my hazelnut cappuccino was delicious. A very clean coffee shop with a great atmosphere and committed staff providing an excellent service. Will definitely be back."

"For a new coffee shop opened earlier this month and during Covid, this was disappointing. Very quiet, with half the tables not in use due to Covid. At least 3 staff serving at the time, but nobody clearing tables during long periods when no new customers were entering. 4 of the 'in use' tables had dirty cups on them when we left. 2 of those tables had dirty cups for the whole of the approx 45 mins we were in the cafe. Even one 'not in use' table, with chairs tied together, had dirty food debris on one of the chairs. Brand new building, jaded staff more concerned with talking to one another than clearing and cleaning tables and chairs. The outside of the building attracted me in. The uncleared tables make it unlikely I will return. I like Costa and their coffee is great, but this particular Costa has lost my custom. EDIT: Returned today, 1 year after it first opened. Still no change and terribly poor. Every single empty table was dirty and had at least one tray of used cups on it. Some had several trays, all containing used and dirty cups."
