"Edit. It appears to be a misunderstanding, the owner swiftly replied and offered an apology with an explanation. It appeared tHat the staff was not intentionally being rude but rather perhaps a common mannerism which he use to conduct himself (as.i wasn't sure at the shop at the time). I'm happy with the outcome and am very glad that things at least can be clarified and that my original assumption were wrong. This strictly pertains to my experience of ordering too good to go tonight, where one of your staff (tall lad, likely early 30s) verbally abused me and shouted at me for 5 minutes saying "we don't have nothing" in a very rude and aggressive manner. I do not think and really wish this isn't reflective of the usual customer service you give and I will need to have a word in time with your manager or boss. As this had been one of the most appalling experiences I had. I advise consider rectifying this for the sake of your own business. I'll be in touch in morning time in person again when any manager is in. You may review the CCTV footage for evidence, as the event occurred only 15 minutes ago as I live 5 minutes up the road. "My only moan is that there wasn't much chicken in the box. Apart from that though everything was great. The food was really tasty and I really enjoyed it. Delivery was quick and the food was still warm. I will definitely order from here again. Really good."
"What a brilliant find! We had a late night wrap after a long drive to Leeds and it was brilliant. Service was fast and friendly. Flavours were spot on and it was a great portion size. Can totally see why these guys have won kebab of the year from deliveroo. Will definitely be back"
